We welcome your comments about any of the Sites. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics at our seminars or within our newsletters or products. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to be similar to the ideas submitted to us. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials. If, despite our request, you send us any idea, suggestion or material (“Submission”), it shall become our property. We will not be subject to any obligation of confidence for any Submission, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. In the case that you submit something to us and it is unsolicited, we will exclusively own all rights to the Submission worldwide, and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose, without compensation or notification to the provider of the Submission. Given this fact, we ask that you refrain from submitting creative projects to us, particularly those that are confidential or personal to you.
A “forum” means any message board, chat room, user review forum or other interactive service appearing on any of the Sites and includes both public boards and private folders. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum, or send to any other forum user or our staff, any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libellous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner. You may not post material that solicits funds, or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Sites, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason. We retain, however, the right to modify or remove messages or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale, or otherwise unacceptable. We also reserve the right to edit materials for any other reason. Whether or not we modify or remove such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings. By posting on the Sites, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us and/or relevant affiliated companies the worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments, and postings, in their original or edited form, in television programs, books, articles, commentaries, or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by us will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in posted materials have been waived. You are not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Sites.
Returns Policy, Refunds, Dispatch and Deliveries
The majority of our services are provided by way of electronic delivery and or face-to-face training or events and therefore returns, dispatch and deliveries are in most case not applicable. In relation to paid online and face-to-face events, once you have paid and committed to an event, we have a 'no refund policy'. On a case-by-case basis (where that request is made in writing via email to us with an acceptable reason) we may choose to refund an event price at our complete discretion less an administration fee of $100 per person. If you have any questions after purchasing one of our services please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Most of our membership products have a month to month subscription agreement (i.e. 'No Lock-in' contract). This simply means that when you sign up and pay for a specific monthly subscription you are committed for and must pay for a minimum of one calendar month. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so before the next automatic monthly billing cycle. Some of our products may have a longer subscription period such as 3, 6 or 12 months. This will be clearly noted on the order form when purchasing the product. We also provide some products and services that may not require a subscription, in this case it will be clearly noted. In addition and from time to time we offer free trials or promotional give aways or bonuses (for more information see below)
Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time we offer free trials of some of our monthly subscription products or other products or services. Often a free trial of one product or service is in conjunction with the sale or promotion of another product such as a paid webinar, video recording or training package. If you purchase a product that includes a free 14, 30 or 60 day trial (or other term) of one of our subscription products and choose not to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial period, you are no longer eligible for another free trial period in the future even if you were to purchase a future one time product purchase that had a free promotional trial attached or bundled in with that offer. If there is a legitimate reason why you believe you should be eligible for an extended trial period please contact us at email@example.com explaining your unique situation and we will consider whether to extend your free trial on a case by case basis.
Bonus Complementary Ticket to Future Event
If you purchase or subscribe to a membership subscription or other product and as part of that transaction (whether free or paid) you are offered a complementary ticket to a future event, please note that the future event is subject to a sufficient number of paid attendees (and other commercial factors) at the time (which we will not know until that time). We therefore reserve the right to reschedule or cancel that said event. If the event is rescheduled you will be eligible to attend the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled you may be eligible to attend a future event that is deemed by us to be similar in value to the intended event within 12 months of the intended event (please contact us should this be the case). If you choose not to attend the event your complementary ticket becomes void. You can seek permission from us to transfer your complimentary ticket to another person should you be unable to attend. We reserve full rights in relation to whether this transfer is allowed or denied at this time. You also must be a paid up member of The Strategy Hub membership at the time of using your complementary ticket. Please also note that any complementary ticket is not now or will ever be redeemable for cash under any circumstances. In addition the value of your ticket can not be used to off-set any monthly subscription value or off-set the value of another purchase.
Billing changes We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email.
How to cancel your subscription
If you wish to unsubscribe from one of our monthly subscription programs please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that your membership be deleted/cancelled. You must contact us before the next automatic monthly billing date. There are no refunds if you cancel part way through a monthly billing cycle. Generally speaking we have a no refund policy unless clearly advertised and in relation to one of our satisfaction guarantees.
By completing an online opt-in form or online order form you agree that you have given us permission to add your name, email address and any other personal details submitted/provided or naturally obtained by us in the course of doing business with you; into our Customer Relationship Management database and associated email, email marketing and email automation system(s) or other relevant database. Where possible we recommend that you confirm your email address via what is called a double opt-in request. In some cases we may send you an email to confirm that you have chosen to opt-in to receive information from us. When you confirm your intention it can increase the likely hood of all of our emails being received into your inbox rather than being blocked or redirected by spam and junk mail filters.
Please note in most cases all of our systems are linked to your email address. Therefore we request that you use your most relevant business email address and that you understand that if you were to unsubscribe from one of our emails it would mean that in most cases you would not just be unsubscribing from a specific list but from our ability to email you with the information you had requested even if you had paid for a particular product or service. So please be careful when deciding on whether to unsubscribe or not. If you wish to change your nominated email address please email email@example.com requesting the relevant changes.
